Brian Farr is the epitome of excellence in customer service. He build our pool 5 years ago and any time we have ever had an issue with anything he has gone out of his way to help us AT NO CHARGE! Not with the company we used anymore yet makes it a point to always go out of his way to help us. On top of being an excellent pool builder his after care and customer service is second to none. We will most definitely use Brian for our next pool and will always recommend him to anyone wanting to install a pool!!!

What don’t we recommend about Farr Out Pool & Patio’s! Brian was the 6th of 7 recommended pool builders we interviewed over 2 years. We couldn’t get the right feeling each time. Brian came recommended by a colleague and neighbor and boy are we grateful! His attention to detail, communication, knowledge of the building process had my wife and I at ease. He listened to our desire to save some trees in our yard and Brian had the outside the box idea to turn the pool from parallel to perpendicular and BAM! Thanks for everything Brian! Oh ya…. He had us swimming in 30 days!

We interviewed 6 pool builders - Farr Out Pools was the last one, but right away we knew they would be high on the list. After reviewing all of the proposals, we knew we'd found our builder. Brian Farr is experienced, knowledgeable, very direct and honest. He was always available to answer as many questions as I could think of. The entire process, from initial contact to "handing over the keys" was smooth and stress-free. The crews he worked with were professional and always arrived on time. Our pool is beautiful and far exceeded our expectations. If we ever build another pool or need any other patio renovations, we would use Farr Out Pools again, 100%.
